Why we built it
In Egypt, the gap between having health insurance and knowing what it covers is wide. Patients discover the limits of a policy at the cashier's window; hospitals spend hours on the phone confirming eligibility; insurers pay for avoidable admissions.
HAYAI sits between those three parties. Coverage is resolved before care rather than after it, availability is published by the hospitals themselves, and the patient keeps one record instead of a folder per provider.
