How does HAYAI know what my insurance covers?
You add your insurer and plan once. HAYAI matches that plan against the provider or procedure you are looking at and shows whether it is accepted, what approvals are needed and what your expected share of the cost is.
Which insurers and hospitals are connected to HAYAI?
The list of connected insurers and partner hospitals grows as agreements are signed. Search for your provider in the app to see current status, or contact us and we will tell you whether a specific hospital or insurer is live.
What if my treatment is only partly covered?
HAYAI shows the split before you book: what the policy pays, what you pay, and anything that falls outside the plan entirely. You decide with the numbers in front of you rather than at the cashier's window.
What does live ICU availability mean?
Partner hospitals update their own emergency and intensive care capacity, and each entry carries the time it was last updated. It reflects what the hospital's team reported, so always confirm by phone before travelling a long distance.
Who can see my medical record?
Your record is yours. Providers see what you share with them for the visit at hand, and you can review what has been shared. HAYAI does not sell medical data or share it with advertisers.
Does it cost anything to use HAYAI?
Patients use the core search, coverage check and medical record without a fee. Paid plans and partner services are priced separately and always shown before you commit to anything.
How do hospitals join HAYAI?
Hospitals and clinics apply through the partnership form. Onboarding covers the insurers you accept, the services you offer and how your team will publish bed availability.
